Diversity and Inclusion Calendar
The Office for Inclusion, Diversity, & Equal Opportunity promotes diversity and strives to foster an inclusive community through a number of programs and initiatives. The calendar will bring together in one location the array of campus diversity and inclusion activities, upcoming events, holidays and observances.
Welcome Reception for CWRU Multicultural Students, Faculty & Staff
The reception provides an opportunity to meet University President Barbara R. Snyder, establish new acquaintances, build relationships across campus and reconnect with friends. Hors-d'oeuvres will be served.
Diversity 360 provides ongoing programming to assist members of the campus community with the goal of creating a welcoming campus climate at CWRU.
CWRU partners with “The HistoryMakers”
Case Western Reserve University has launched a partnership with “The HistoryMakers,” providing its students, faculty and staff with access to thousands of African-American oral history videos, including information highlighting the university and its alumni.
Latest Insight on Diversity
This fall, Case Western Reserve University will begin offering to its students a minor in African and African American Studies. The new minor will provide students with a comprehensive, interdisciplinary academic program that focuses on critical race theory, African and African American diasporic history, culture and literature and the religious, political and social dimensions of black life.
